In the first item of the meeting, General Manager Zhang Fenglong stated in his speech: "Safe production is not only related to the economic interests of the enterprise, but more importantly, it concerns the lives and well-being of employees and their families. All department heads, factory directors, team leaders, and foremen in the workshop are responsible for safe production."
The second item of the meeting was announcements and appointments. Deputy General Manager Zhang Qianming announced the establishment of new departments: "Enterprise Management Policy Planning Department, Administration and Personnel Department, and Workshop Management Department" and appointed the responsible leaders. The 2024 company organizational structure was explained and introduced.
The third item of the meeting was a speech by Deputy General Manager Li Fengxian. As the head of the workshop management department, Deputy General Manager Li Fengxian emphasized that all workshop personnel should strengthen their quality control concepts and follow quality control principles. We are responsible for every product that leaves our production department. We must achieve a 100% pass rate for outgoing product quality. While ensuring safe production and product quality, we must also increase production capacity and efficiency. We must improve the workshop production environment; a clean and tidy production environment is the face of our production department, and it is also the key to ensuring product quality and improving work efficiency.
