The corn sprayer developed by Lixing Plant Protection has won a national mandatory product certification.

Spraying tall crops is not an easy job. Take corn as an example. The crops in the field grow very luxuriantly, almost airtight. Working here under the scorching sun is very uncomfortable. Before going down to the field, the reporter was also required to wear thick protective clothing because the sprayed pesticide is highly toxic. Current Status and Trends of Four-wheeled Rice Plant Protection Machinery in China

In China, rice production is affected by 61 diseases and 78 insect pests. Despite pest control efforts, significant losses still occur annually. Currently, the number of plant protection machines in China is very low compared to manual and backpack power sprayers, accounting for only about 0.57% of domestic plant protection machinery. The application of rice plant protection machinery is particularly low in rice production.

Application of tracked remote control plant protection machinery in tea gardens

Tea plantations in mountainous areas have complex terrain and steep slopes, making manual plant protection difficult. Tracked remote-controlled plant protection machines have become a powerful tool for tea garden management.

Orchard self-propelled sprayer operation

This sprayer uses a powerful fan to generate airflow, evenly distributing droplets to all parts of the fruit trees. Even the inner canopy and undersides of leaves receive thorough coverage. Compared to traditional manual backpack sprayers, a self-propelled sprayer can cover 2-3 rows of fruit trees at a time, with an operational area of 15-20 mu per hour, significantly saving labor and time costs.

Rice planting area

Adjust the amount of pesticide sprayed precisely based on the pest and disease situation and crop density at different growth stages of rice. In the past, manual spraying was inefficient and costly, and easily led to pesticide waste and the risk of personnel poisoning.
